I have Masters degree in Economics and Statistics. I also have 1.5 years of professional experience working as a Quantitative Analyst (in the field of Statistics). Good Day I Work with R on a daily basis, and can, therefore, assist in your proposed job. I have broken the question into its most likely parts and priced according to the effort that it would take to do that given task. The ETL phase will be to load the data into a project, clean up the variables and understand the data better. followed by applying a regression model (either Linear or Logistic) dependent on the outcome variable and data provided.
