QR code technical expert

I need a technical expert in QR code development. We are several years into a pursuit of a US patent on a new use/type of QR code. I need a review 4 references from the US patent office (parts of existing US QR code patents) and answer the following questions: (1) does these reference describe the same functionality, and (2) if not, would the combination of references teach or suggest the same functionality? The context for these questions would be attached, where you can read how the Examiner has combined these references to conclude this invention is not novel, or would have been obvious. For this exercise, assume any comments you share can be used in our response because you are considered a “person of ordinary skill in the art.” We will not quote any of your comments in our response to the patent examiner, but would like to have your technical perspective before drafting our remarks.
