I can complete it in 2-3 hours but I'm not sure that website will allow you to process 40K products in a short time (your IP maybe banned). Also I have worked with this website recently (the project was about checking a SINGLE product availability in ALL stores) and it really doesn't like scraping so you'll need a proxy server for that.
