Transform a large data set in Python

I have an Excel sheet containing approximately 200,000 data points on multiple sheets. They need to be entirely reorganized into a single large Pandas DataFrame. There are some pitfalls: on some sheets the number of columns are inconsistent, column headers missing, etc. In short, this does require some nifty Python programming and some data cleaning.
I will provide the files and script I have written so far. Please outline your previous Python experience - thanks!
