Looking for a Full-time consultant. Who can work 5 days in a week. Duration: One Month Location: Bangalore (Bellandur) Splunk Cluster Administration (Setup, Expansion) · Day to Day Operations ( which includes Deploying Apps, Meta Data Objects, Search Optimisation etc) · Continuous Monitoring of the setup & Support. Skills Required: Mandatory: · Large Scale Cluster (Single Site, MultiSite – Disaster Recovery) Capacity Planning and Sizing · Indexer & Search Head Cluster Management and Administration · Cluster management commands · Deploying configuration bundles and apps in cluster · Adding new cluster nodes · Decommissioning a cluster node · Setting up Distributed Searches · Forwarder (UF, HF AutoLoadbalanced) Management · Central License Management · Monitoring Centrally Data Ingestion · Splunk Deployment Server Management · Splunk Deploying and Managing Apps · Splunk Configurations for all above · Users, Roles, Authentication · Expert Working Knowledge with Linux OS, Disk Encryption Techniques etc. · Experience in Setting up Central Logging infrastructure and Monitoring. · Debugging, Problem Isolation & Performance Tuning · Some Basic Scripting experience (using one of the following Python /PERL / Node) Nice to Have: · Basic Programming Experience · Basic understanding of working in Virtual Environments preferably Open Stack, · Basic Working knowledge on SSL, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing etc Basic understanding on networking
