Solidworks EPDM linking with ERP on webservices (XML-RPC)

Need to develop EPDM API/Add-in in order to communicate to Odoo 10 ERP in realtime over XML-RPC webservices to communicate certain data to and fro. Part created in solidworks shall be generated with temporary part number , which then at the final stage of the project need to renamed (One or many at a time) to ERP generated part number and store the data in ERP for same, for this methodology shall be as follows. 1. In PDM user shall select the part and trigger the command to start the process. 2. PDM shall connect to ERP system over webservices and send few datacard details to ERP. 3. In return , once the data is received by ERP , shall generate in part in ERP and store inside(Will be taken care by ERP) and returns the new part number generated. 4. Once after this part number is received by PDM, PDM shall rename that physical part with newly received part number and move the part to particular folder location.
