The services can be of several types and can become unavailable at a certain moment in time. Every service will have a proform bill using the currency rate. The customers will be contacted via the application’s chat, as well as by email. Offers will be created for your services and forecasts will be done to know what you should advertise more. Set the beginning of a meeting or an event, along with the availability of the participants, location, hall, needed equipment. When the participants confirm their availability, note the details. Your company will have to deliver mail via post office. All the details about the envelopes and the parcels are stored, along with their content and destination address. Bills will have to be paid, such that you will have a register for the bills, along with their deadlines and the payments. Your software will have to alert the user if the deadline is near or exceeded. Each report can be stored as xsl and pdf. At the end of each month, the user of the system will be able to generate reports regarding the clients who are the most profitable, as well as the gain and loss of money. All the services will have search, select, edit and add options.
