Pretty simple and straight forward task, i can program you a opencv face detector that sends notifications to you if a face is detected. all i need is the video stream to work with, we can use something like ifttt to get notifications directly to your phone or i can program a custom system to send notifications as well.

hello. currently exist several models for face detection like the haar cascade of opencv framework and deep learning models. but i think that the most important part is the architecture of this projects. The cam will take frames from some place, so the first model tell if has someone or not in front of the cam, if yes we use the face detection model to detect the face and send a alert. But we need think if this models will be local like in a local machine or will be in cloud instances. If we use cloud instances with IP cams i think in AWS or Google cloud. let me know more details about this project if possible.
