I am developing my own website in Django. Have some functionalities in python which I have difficulty with to apply. The first issue involves applying recursive sums in hierarchical data. I want someone who can help me with bits of code during my development. I still want to be able to apply everything myself. I want to pay a fixed price for the solutions, if they can be proven to work in a Jupypter notebook or in a live web application. I think my questions should be fairly easy to answer for someone who is more experienced in programming with python.
