Chat bot for whatsapp in Python to be hosted as a Lambda function in AWS

Hi, I'm developing a chat bot in Python for customer service in WhatsApp. The bot will be very simple. I'm a Python programmer but I don't have time to develop it myself: The interaction will be: 1) When a customer starts a chat, the bot will ask the full name and the email address and store it in a Mongo DB or AWS SimpleDB database 2) The bot will broadcast a message to all available attendants also using WhatsApp saying there's a new customer. If all attendants are busy, will put the customer on hold. 3) For the attendants will be some simple commands like: - next (pick up the next customer) - end (end the current conversation) - hold (put the customer on hold) - queue (show the queue) 4) To facilitate the parsing, each command may have a prefix like ";;" 5) Everything will be logged in the MongoDB OR AWS SimpleDB 6) The system will run as Lambda in AWS 7) The system must have a simple web page to browse the customers and the chats 8) The chat will be developed in English, but I'll translate all the messages to Portuguese later, so all the messages must be located in a separated file or in the database. 9) A challenge for this project is the proper use of a good API for Whatsapp, the developer should have prior experience in developing chat bots for whatsapp and propose the API to be used.
