Payment mechanism for Ethereum ERC20 token

I'm in the process of putting together a project that centers on an ERC20 token, which pays dividends to holders of the coin on a regular basis, assuming the project is profitable. Profits are generated by a cryptocurrency investment fund, as well as by 2 separate business which are also part of the project. So I imagine that some manual entry will be needed in order to obtain the needed calculations at the time that dividends or profit shares are paid. So I'm looking for some sort of payment processing solution - possibly a smart contract which might involve off-chain elements. Still though, perhaps with some manual entry, it could still be customized for my uses: [login to view URL] As I'm sure you can understand, security is of critical importance, so it would be helpful if any proposed solution highlights any potential security issues as well as specific security issues it actively protects against. Please note that this project is basically just to collect bids, and then when the funding is eventually provided, I can hire the person with the winning proposal. In other words, the award period for this project will likely expire before I'm able to award it, although it will be awarded eventually, even if it means creating a custom project specifically for the winner.
