I need a vbscript that i can drag and drop files/directories to and they will copy to a share drive. It will only push the files that have been edited so it doesn't copy files that are already on the drive that have not been edited. If the files/folders are new it would create new directories that match the file structure and then copy the files. Would like an option to delete the files on the local computer after copied. Would be nice to have some variables at the top of the script to set the directory paths and option to delete files on local computer after they have been copied. This would be for Windows 7 with the drives already mounted. Would like a log file if there are any errors with copying with a directory that i can set. If the file is newer on the share it will not copy it and make a note in the log file. Also a success or failure alert after the files are copying. This is basically a simple SVN set up so that multiple people can save files to the same share drive. Also, if possible would like to have a backups folder that pushes the previous versions to so there is one level of backups available. So the script would push whatever files that have changed to the back ups folder first, then copy the new folder into the directory. I can give you an example file structure that it would need to copy. Needs to be as streamlined as possible because i connect through a VPN and have limited bandwidth.
