I have a lot of experience with designing embedded systems. This involves both my dayjob, where I design embedded electronics subsystems for aerospace systems, as well as in my private life where I have designed and built many small projects using Arduinos as well as the STM32 series of microcontrollers. I should easily be able to build a system (including PCB layout) as required. However, I will need some hardware to be purchased and sent to me so that proper debugging can be done as all microcontroller-based projects require some form of hardware interface to test the code being designed.
