Reverse Engineering a Solar tracker & FE analyse the proposed design

Dear bidder, This project is reverse engineering of a single-axis solar tracker module, which is basically a simple set-up a pinion & worm gear. No electronic or optical design is required, only Mechanical. There is no other stuff required to be designed, pole, turbine or solar panels, only the central pivoting mechanism. The job requires creative thinking, as alternative designs that could handle the required tasks could are welcomed. Due to it's R&D nature, only experienced engineers/technicians/fabricators/designers with hands-on experience in developing new mechanical projects should submit their bids.
