Need a windows shell script to be developed to move files from source to target. - 30/04/2017 00:22 EDT

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are windows 2008 R2 and above, windows scripting or Powershell scripting. My budget is $10. The project details are below: The requirement is that we need to move files from a legacy windows file share to a different windows file share location. The requirements for the script are below: - can run on windows server 2008 R2 and above - move files from source to target directory as per below - files will be picked up at the root from the source folder GTSL - For all the files the file name is prefixed with two digit year, dash and four digits….ex. 16-1234. The actual file names will be something like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] etc - These files need to be moved to the third level folder in the target directory structure. The target directory structure is year/yy-four digit/GTSLextracts . For ex. 2016/16-1234/GTSLextracts. So the directory structure can be derived from the file name prefix. - If the target directory structure doesn't exist this script will first create it and then move the files. As I mentioned earlier the directory structure can be derived by the file name. So if the file name is 17-5001. The directory structure will be 2017/17-5001/GTSLextracts. All files prefixed with 17-5001 should go in directory 2017/17-5001/GTSLextracts - If a file already exists it should be skipped - A running log should also be generated that will document the files that have successfully moved and their source and target directory - An error log should also be generated to catch any errors that happen. If possible the script should continue running and catch all errors in the end - The log files should go in a folder named GTSLLog - All logic and code used should be well commented in the script - The script should be tested by using dummy folders and files. If possible please attach screenshots of test cases and results
