TradingView PineScript Study and Strategy Help

I would like a study and strategy for backtesting created. I will provide the scripts you can use to build my requested study and strategy. Here are my requirements below:

1) Must include labeled Buy and Sell Arrows (based off of Alert Conditions from parameters in the Strategy)

1) Include Start and End dates (script provided)
2) SMA included (script provided)
3) PSAR on Close included (script provided)
4) Consolidation Zones (script included)
//// Strategy Buy and Sell Conditions and Alert Conditions for Study ////
BUY LONG: When Close > 100 SMA and PSAR is in uptrend and close is not in consolidation zone
SELL LONG: When PSAR closes in downtrend
For the Study: Plot Green Buy arrow (below bar) for Buy Long, red Sell arrow (above bar) for Sell Long, as alert conditions. The arrows need to show like the strategy would (so not pyramiding), so that I can use them to automate my strategy which is my plan. I have included code that could potentially help with that as well.
