For example I can use IonAuth library for registration system. I also have proper experience with multilingual functionality of CI. I'm very knowledgeable in Codeigniter, php, html, css, javascript, jquery etc. All of these are part of my current specialization. Good day, I have a pretty good idea regarding your project implementation, and working with translations of the same page should be as easy as parsing the content and writing it into an array for each language you intend on using. Furthermore, leaving only the middle column to be edited sounds like a job where permissions are needed (currently there are two columns editable because the permissions for those columns specify that - I haven't looked at the code, so this is just an assumption, but I have a good understanding of how this should work).
