We need someone to edit a template for us to suit our needs. What we need is the following:
* A simple system that allows for the adding of clients, with simple data (Name, age, adress, a few more fields)
* A system tied to this that allows for documentation related to the clients (Click client a, reach client a's journal and see the various documentations written for client sortable by date.) The documentation/notes need to be lockable, unlockable only by administrators of the system.
* A feature wherein you can upload JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC and similar files, linked to the specific client.
* The template needs to be installable for multiple "users" or "offices". We have office A, who needs their version, and office B who needs a separate, but identical base version (but with different clients later on).
