I would like to hire a WordPress theme customization developer

I want to find added restaurant by area name and restaurant branches by area name as well. it can work as restaurant tags can be used as area name to appear on search bar at front end. Theme already has location wise search but it doesn't suit my business plan, so i will remove it map location completely from theme and allow to find via tags or any other functions to search restaurants by area name and on restaurant profile page let user find branches by area name as well. Currency symbol is appearing Arabic text for Kuwaiti dinar instead - i want to change into English - Example symbol -KD Plus i want to set up digits with three decimal for example 0.000 KD default is 0.00 KD so please add three decimal. for all pricing. 3. Foodbakery - Restaurants - any added restaurant page - General Info - follow below: Delivery/Pickup - delivery - pick up or delivery /pickup 0.000 let the digits appear even if its zero make it disappear if its blank make it (on restaurant page too) Minimum Delivery Order - 0.000 let the digits appear even if its zero make it disappear if its blank (make it on restaurant page too) Delivery Fee - 0.000 let the digits appear even if its zero make it disappear if its blank (make it on restaurant page too) Pick Up Fee - 0.000 let the digits appear even if its zero make it disappear if its blank (make it on restaurant page too) There is some work on customer login functions which i will plain later to work on it.
