I would like to hire a Software Developer -- preferably from Philippines

I am looking for an OTA (online travel agent) software similar to an Agoda, [login to view URL] etc but specifically for the smaller but growing guest house market...initially for the UK but then Europe and later on Worldwide. Its not competing with the normal OTA's or in the Airbnb market. It will require a simple booking engine at the start also. It needs to be simple to use by potential guests and easy to load for the guest hohses. I envisage you using simple proven "core" software, if necessary, and use your skills to tailor it to our specific needs. Payment can be agreed in stages upon evidence of progress.
