I would like to hire a Coder

I need to use virutal control panels for Black Magic Video hub routers. Black Magic has a free SDK for developers who can write a control for the Black Magic router.

I need two developments done.

1. I need the virtual panel to be configured to switch pairs of input ports( sources ) to Pairs of outputs ( destinations )

2. At Present the Virtual panel presents itself as a page with buttons for all the inputs and another cascaded page with buttons for the outputs .

I need to be able to create a panel that can be used by a master administrator with a user name and password who can grey out any number of individual input and individual output buttons making them ineffective for the switching.

To explain clearly I would like to have input buttons 1,5,9,12,34, 62 greyed out of 72 buttons . On the output panel I would want only output 26 , 29, 71 enabled.

The input and output enable parameters will be different for each of the virtual panels created
