My service requires customers' Name, date of birth, along with hour and minutes, and the GMT time (where they born), and create a report for them. I already prepared a page, where you will help to create a form for customers to fill in the above info (tab), and have a "add to cart" button at the end. Customers can then order again, so that the cart will have 2 purchases, but with different date of birth etc info, and they can add as much report as they want. Then customers can proceed to checkout, and pay with paypal or credit card. Because there is only 1 product, I dont need the category page. Just a customized page with a form in it, then add to cart, then checkout. The website is in chinese, but I can guide(using Jing to create video for you), so that you will find the way where to login (web hosting), which page to start the job etc... At the end, please show me how to edit the form , so I can change the form from english to chinese. Thank you. Kenny
