Web App with QR Code for Shopify Store

Hello, I need an app that will be used to authenticate products. There will 4 parts, and everything will have to be integrated in my shopify store, with a responsive design (most of my customers will be on their phone). STEP 1: Everytime a visitor registers on my store: Data (Name, Email) from the customer will be stored in DB. STEP 1 BIS: Everytime a product is bought, an online property is declared: Data from the product will be stored with the User's data in the DB I need You to be able generate an unique QR Code for each product bought. (We will discuss about the QR Code below) STEP 2: Create a QR Code scanner that would be integrated to my store, it has to work perfectly on phone. This QR Code scanner will be used to check if a product has been bought in my store, after scanning the QR Code: - If the QR Code is Valid: A window will appear with all the informations of the current possessor. Name / Email - If the QR Code is not Valid (not generated by us) an unvalid message will be displayed. Please write "QRQR" in Your bid to check who read closely. STEP 3 (if the QR Code is Valid) : In the window with the possessor data, there will be a button that allows the possessor to give the online property to another registered visitor (already stored in the DB). The possessor will then have to enter the Name and Email of the receiver, and its password to validate. The QR Code stored in the first possessor will be deleted and re created in the receiver data. The QR Code will now display the data of the second possessor. STEP 4: Of course, the QR Code will have to be printed and sent with the product. We will have to figure out of each QR Code will be transmitted to our Fulfillment 3rd party. The design is very important and everything will have to run smoothly. I will work alongside You for the design. Any coding language will be welcome. I already have an account with IBM Cloud so the app will be stored there.
