1 to 1 videochat based on WebTRC - responsive

We want to create a 1-to-1 video chat with sound and text based on WebRTC and must run correctly on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, with peers belonging to any of these platform. The connection must be secure. We need a very simple admin created where we can generate login Links. This link will be sent to two people that need to chat, and when click the link they will enter the chat without entering any passwords or usernames. (If two different links is required, that is OK as well) The url will obviusly be something like ”[login to view URL]” -I imagine it contains a access code so user dont need to enter any passwords. – We dont know to much about this, and expect you to have solutions. We want the chat to be responsive and will downscale to be userfriendly also on smartphone browsers. We imagine one (larger) video window of the remote camera, and a smaller window of the local camera. – And chat field similar to SMS or skype for texting. We want a function to scale the camera of the remote camera to full screen, and then local camera and text chat is hidden. This is a request made by one of our clients, and will later be used for in-house secure on demand 1-1 chat between imployees.
