NEEDS TO BE DONE IN 60 MINUTES OR LESS. Having trouble getting a pop-up plugin to work to re-direct traffic to new website. We need a pop up designed and added to the website (on all pages) for new site visitors that will direct them to the new website.

Well you don't actually need a pop up button to redirect into your new site, you just only need is to point your domain name into your new website. :)
