Update Suite CRM to latest ver and Fix Bug in a windows VM

This project it to update the attached Suite CRM from ver 7.10.22 to the latest version, the latest version of PHP and MySQL. Also when editing a ticket (Case) Description is not saved, inline editing does work. Make sure this is fixed. The project is to fix my operational CRM im just using the VM as a way to test. Do it in a way that I can run a script and it would automatically update my existing CRM. This way we can take the scrip and run it in our instance of suite CRM. Also document the steps you did. Background: We use Suite CRM ver 7.10.22 we made some custom changes like adding fields and changed names. We are having problems when we try to update to a later versions. We also encounter a bug when editing a ticket (Case) Description is not saved. We did made a copy from our VM and took out all the data.
