Test driven approach, first step is a Auto test with headless selenium to verify url/html/css

I'm beginning to do a test driven approach and currently need a script to baseline the existing html /css/urls and need to have some framework to future test new features added. Even though my framework is vue.js and html/css, I'm planning to move all my docker code to straight serverless application.
