take existing api and integrate data with another existing WP plug in

We are seeking a dev to take an API from an online ordering company and integrate the orders with our own exjstjng online ordering. This way the orders from our internal system and the orders from the API show up on the same fulfillment screen. The way this needs to be handeled is in the form of an add-on WP plug in. To recap, we have an existing WP site and a WP plug in for our internal ordering system. We need a dev to take an external API from another online ordering company that gives us orders and wrap that into a new WP plug-in. Whe installed the existing ordering plug in and our plug in will have both their orders displayed on on orders screen.
