Hello. These scripts are good until they are truly tested with heavy load. On your top command its obvious that mysql can't cope with this huge amount of visitors. You need Mysql tuning and also tuning of the database tables. I can provide advise for the setup and solutions. Let me know.

Hello, Actually that's not very high load but it can be tuned as well with query_cache & etc... you wrote that server got 3TB drives and way I see it's 7.2K disks right ? serving high-load applications on HDD drives is not a good point, SAS or SSD disks are recommended... Also need to know your MySQL version to find out if it's accepting parameters innodb_read_io_threads and innodb_write_io_threads.
