Stock Media Video Website - 50% PARTNER! - Need a top Web developer

I have an exciting, almost-completed Joomla-based website which I believe will compete well with some of the top stock media websites out there, such as Pond5, TurboSquid, VideoHive, RevoStock, MotionElements, and VideoBlocks. Those are all dot com sites which resell stock videos made by artists and purchased by everyone else. Catering to the motion graphics industry, our website would focus primarily on rendered videos, Adobe After Effects templates, and 3D source files. Many video artists and others out there are always looking for the next "new" animation or template to help them achieve their video production goals.

I am seeking a top PHP, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Joomla, AJAX developer to become my 50% partner in this venture. It would also be VERY helpful to have experience working with media types and programming for videos on the Web. You MUST have proven abilities with website programming and know how to upgrade and maintain a login/register type of site, complete with sign-in admin area and everything else. The catch is that I do not have much $$$ at this time, so there would be no pay AT FIRST, but I DO have the website files and can transfer them over to you, since I live in Phoenix, Arizona. So, what I'm thinking for now is that I can pay for the hosting and upgrades, as well as do ALL of the branding, marketing, and promotions (since I'm a graphic artist), and you would handle the finishing touches on the coding left to finish, and making the site responsive for mobile platforms, as well as help maintain the site as we grow.

The website would be called MotionAce and I have already set up the MotionAce LLC company, so you would be added as a primary member and we would make equal decisions about the company, the website, and of course, we would split all earnings 50/50. Everything would be in writing and legitimate. All I need to do is ensure that you are a truly good programmer who is willing to do a little upfront work to get this site going for both of us. It has most of the framework set up, but we need someone to tweak it some more. I really like the "look and feel" of ArtStation, so if you have a chance, take a look at it. As for MotionAce itself, I would re-purchase the domain ($80) and set up a VPS for it, and as we progress, we can look at a private server situation and more solutions, as we move along.
