Site enhancements

I've been landed a fast ball project, needs someone with good php skills to undertake the construction of a simple banner upload system with an integral PDF upload/URL generator, more details in the attached document which should be read BEFORE bidding. I need this project completed as quickly and accurately as possible. Bid realistically, I could do this myself but simply do not have the time - I therefore know the work involved, so no silly bids! The notes in the brief are all I have, so please do not ask for more details, I quite simply do not have them. The site will be accessible on my server, you will be given ftp access, I will create databases if required and will import SQL dumps as necessary - sorry but I cannot give full phpMyAdmin access on this project. Any questions via PMB only please. I am happy to work with a new-GAF provider if they are 110% confident that the project can be completed in its entirety and with no errors. ALL CODE MUST BE VERY WELL COMMENTED in case the client needs to make any minor changes at a later date. Payment will be upon the satisfaction of my client - by PayPal or GAF funds as chosen by the selected Provider - please check my feedback and you will see I can be trusted, I do not rip off anyone!
