SiberianCMS apk builder fix and change login page to my custom design.

HI guys I need someone who knows what they doing with SiberianCMS website generates source code just fine but when I want to generate APK I get this error ERROR: JAVA_HOME is not set and no 'java' command could be found in your PATH. Please set the JAVA_HOME variable in your environment to match the location of your Java installation. There is no Java Installed on my shared hosting and my server provider will not install it due to cpanel not releasing one at this point. So I need some one to either some how fix this by linking this java to external website so my website does not fail generating APK, or some sort of script where member can upload apk source file and script will covedrt this to APK file it self. I also need login page change from current one to the new one I have If intrested please drop me a message as I have had few peopel get in touch but all seem to be wasting my time.
