Show "NEW" tag in articles based on Cookie Session

- This red tag "NOVO" ([login to view URL]), works like a "new article" tag , and works like this based in cookie:
first visit of user to website -> red tag shows in every cover/title in homepage, categories and sub-categories. the tag must continue showing until user have website open and navigate through website.
after this, cookie for red tag is saved.
then 2 possibilities:
1 - user close broswer -> user visit website -> red tag must not show
2 - user close browser -> there were new articles posted by me -> user visit website -> red tag must only show in the new articles (homepage, cat and sub-cat)
so this red tag means “new”, it works like a warning of new articles posted
