setup Google tag manager

PLEASE READ FIRST !! i got website with google analytics code for statistics.. i got on website contact form with thank you url that i track as goals in analytics. also im using adwords for this website and its connected to analytics acount. it all works fine. but now i need to track users who click on phone number on website. as fas as i know, thats not possible with analytics.. so i need a google tag manager.. i try to open it but its all new for me and im not able to set it up.. so i need in google tag manager: - add google analytics code - create something to track clicks on phones number on sites.. and set it up so i can see it in analytics.. there are more places where phone number is and i want to track them sparely.. as this site is clients i need you to do all this online with me over the skype with screen share. i will provide you login to google account just after we start skype call.
