Seeking Prestashop expert to update site to newest version and move sites to new host

I am looking for someone who specializes in Prestashop to update my online store ([login to view URL]) to the most current stable version of Prestashop. It is currently using 1.5.6.2. It would need to be updated to be fully functional and ascetically pleasing. I would like to have the site/database cleaned up to run smoother and eliminate some occasional database issues (‘max user connections’ errors) that have been occurring. During this process, I would like to have you transfer all my sites (about 8) to a different hosting company. I only need work done to the one Prestashop store though. Any safeguards to protect sites from hacking or future issues would need to be integrated. I would also like to have a cron task created for my Google Adwords module. I would like to have an additional shipping charge option added in check out for customers in HI, PR, Alaska and Canada. In this case, they will be informed that we will contact them with exact shipping cost once we can calculate it. Must speak fluent English.
