Searching for a freelancer front-end programmer with agency ambitions

Hello, This might be a long shot: I am owner of an e-commerce agency based in Belgium. For a number of projects we are searching for extra development resources. In particular it would be good if you have either Woocommerce, Magento or Shopware experience. In best case you are a front-end programmer with back-end skills and ambitions. You understand that quality and on-time delivery for customers is very important. I am in particular searching for help from (time zone) either South America or South East Asia. You speak English or Spanish. (My Spanish is a bit outdated, but I can update that..) The mid-term plan is setting up a small local office in your country with developers, that you would want to lead and possibly be co-owner of. I am happy to pay you a nice salary, but prices obviously does mattter. I don't want an hour-by-hour freelancer. I am searching for a potential co-founder for a part of my business. I am planning to hold interviews the week to come.
