I have been working with PHP for several years and have deployed multiple PHP apps/Libraries as windows GUI applications and already have the framework needed to make this work. The hardest part is if your app uses a MYSQL DB then I will need to convert the app to SqlIite3 as MYSQL is to much overhead to deploy with an executable. This way also protects the code behind the app so it cannon be reversed engineered without a whole lot of effort and skills.
