We would like to enhance the website [login to view URL] with a reservation system.
We are producing workshops (list is on our website [login to view URL]) and currently we are using wpforms to collect registrations. it is quite labour-intensive and prone to error, so we would like to deploiy a reservation system, that would allow us to:
- maintain the list of workshops with either list view or a monthy calendar view (we have 3-5 workshop a month so weekly or daily view does not make much sense)
- publish detailed information on every workshop on a separate page, including specific details such as location (with some centraly managed information on locations), lecturerer, topic, category, tags, programme and description, price, discounts, number of availalbe seats, etc.
- enable registration; one person should be able to register more participants from the same organization, gdpr consent must be part of the registration
- automatic email confirmation with text customised for every workshop
- enable participants to modify or cancel their reservation
- overview of registered participants
- export of registered participants into csv file
I expect this calls for some WP plugin, but it will definitely require some customization and localisation into czech (i will provide the translations), that i am not able to do myself.
