There should be three panels Driver Panel Admin Panel Customer Panel There should be a review and rating feature for both driver and customer. Both should be able to write review and give rating to each other and if there is any false rating or review then admin should have the final rights to remove or edit that review or rating. There should be a payment gateway. There should be ab option to generate invoice. There should be a perfect map to show or see the nearby eRickshaw. There should be option to upload the driver's documents which should be mandatory. There should be an option of easy sign up and sign in using Otp. Admin should have the rights to see any activities done by customers and drivers. Admin should have the master account from which they can transfer incentives to any of the driver or cashback to customers. App should be lightest and fast.
