Pull SQL Data to PHP Website

I have a CPA Network Script. The Publisher panel has a section in the right corner that displays the affiliate manager on the account. I can create multiple affiliate manager accounts, but I need the publisher(that information is stored in MySQL) to be able to see the correct affiliate manager to contact for them! Say you and me are an affiliate manager. I handle jack and you handle joe. When joe logs in he does not want to see my name, because you control him. I need you to pull that information in that section of the site so it will show the correct affiliate manager for the publisher. I only pay $10 for this, Simplest task there is other than eating.
