Proposal Form Ipad

I am looking to have a stand alone mobile application developed This will be used by Sales people and Estimator sell Insulation to be installed in houses This form will need to work with many company names – so there will be a setup during install to enter the company information and a logo, and terms – This information should be able to be maintained This should run on a Ipad device – Phones also This application will need to include photos attached to areas of details, More in the following specs This form will need to have electronic customer signature This information will need to be saved for modifcation This proposal will need to be emailed to customers and the office upon acceptance The DATA ENTRY portion of this APP 1. Enter the customer information as detailed on the form 2. Enter to details of the job, most of the categories will have a short list of drop downs, but if not on the drop down USER can enter whatever they want. 3. Each line represents a work area – If the sales person wants to include a photo to better describe the work they should click on that line and active camera and save and store pisture 4. Pricing you will see there are 2 fields Price per Unit of Measure and Total Price – These field should intereact – Example if user puts a amount in UOM it calcuates that with Estimated SQFT. If the user enters the total price, then that amount should be divided by SQFT to fill in UOM price
