A photograph uploads to a WordPress media library from a remote location. The goal is to display the photo in the correct Envira gallery. It will also have appropriate alt tags. These come from the photo's meta tags. This is for a site for a photographer who travels and would like to simplify his process in the wilds.
I am hoping to clarify:
Imagine a photographer in the wilderness somewhere. He is very busy taking photos. At the end of the day, he adds keywords to each of his photos. These words are about the photo: the subject of the photo, the location, what continent, what category (animal, landscape, architecture, etc.). These categories match the galleries he has on his website where he hopes to sell his photos.
While on these trips he has no interest and perhaps no ability to manually do what's needed to get the photos displayed. That is, beyond adding in tags and having the photos uploaded to the website.
About the location where the tags will be placed by this project: In the Media library in WordPress, the photo is edited. In this view, there is a section under the photograph labeled "alt tags." That is where the alt tags go.
To the right of this in the sidebar there is a place called "Envira tags". That is where the tags which will determine which gallery a photograph will be displayed in.
