Using PHP parse a csv file and prepare to insert into a mysql database table with the same fields as outlined in the attached Excel spreadsheet tab 1. The CSV file will identical to tab 1 of the attached Excel file.
In the attached Excel file I need a new row created where the field has a delimiter of ; the fields that contain this delimiter are qty, price and uom.
I also need the rnge field to auto increment if the line was split.
Example of what I am looking for is on second tab. 0 fields delimited by ; can be ignored.
