PHP/OSCLASS Developer Needed

I need an osclass expert that will help me fix issues with my current oscalss websites, make onsite and plugin changes. If you are not familiar with osclass do not bid. If you are slow and your work takes too many hours, do not bid. Do not bid more than $7 an hour. I will probably hire the lower bids. And please, not because you bid low, it means you will catch up by billing more hours, you are supposed to do the maximum work in an hour. I could hire immediately as it's kind of urgent. This is a long term position and I need extra fast, reliable and affordable freelancers. I could expand this position to my other websites using other php cms (wordpress...). If I feel that the tasks are taking longer than it should, I reserve the right to stop the work and seek another freelancer. Almost all freelancers work fast in the beginning than they take too long. I need a reliable freelancer on the long term. Do reliable fast affordable freelancers actually exist? Thanks. P.S.
