PHP Code Fix - Calculations on database data

Hello – Here is my project. Most of the code is already written, just needs to be tweaked to display correct values.
High 5 Requirements:
1.) Weekly totals must always calculate just the score for each respective week
2.) Season Total must always show the total of all weeks points combined based on the week viewing
3.) Weekly picks (picks 1-5) must be visible by week
Currently
1.) Weekly picks (picks 1-5) are visible by week
2.) All Weekly totals are based on current week and shows same value for all weeks based on selected week viewing, not showing each weeks actual scores
3.) Season total is based on total of all weeks based on selected week viewing
So if week 7 is chosen, and in that week the user received 5 points, all weeks 1-7 are showing 5 points for each week, and the season total is 7 weeks times 5 points = 35 points
What it should be showing is the points that the user received for each week (0,1,3,5,8,12) and the total should be the added totals of all weeks up to the viewing week. User picks 5 games per week:
0 Wins = 0 Points
1 Win = 1 Point
2 Wins = 3 Points
3 Wins = 5 Points
4 Wins = 8 Points
5 Wins = 12 Points
This script was working on my older version of script I was using, which was outdated. I have updated to a new script and tried to copy over the script, making adjustments to the new database structure. I can provide the old code as well as the new code.
