Hi, Given that I've created the WooCommerce SMS notification plugin for a competitor of Twilio, I believe I am the best candidate for this project. We can do this verification on registration itself, and disable guest checkout. This will prevent users from purchasing anything without verifying their mobile and email. Even if the user breaks the flow by some mischief, such as closing the browser, we can prompt them to verify email and phone on each login, until this step have been completed.
