Open Mesh / Cloud Trax Access Point Scripting

I am looking for someone who knows Open Mesh and Cloud Trax Scripting environment. We currently use Open Mesh to provide our Restaurant with Social Wifi Capabilities. Customers login, enter their email to access the Internet. We would like to build our own platform that connects to our Open Mesh / Cloud Trax platform. • Have a splash page login page template that is easily changed • Ability to capture user name and email addresses • Ability to store these email addresses with corresponding MAC addresses • Ability to check a “Marketing Clause” "Terms and Services Clause" • Ability to store if Marketing Clause excepted with corresponding email address • It is not necessary to accept Marketing clause to gain internet access but we can not send emails if they don’t. • Ability to export database to mail chimp or excel file. • Ability to change logos, Welcome message and background easily • Ability to work on IOS and Android, Phones and Tablets and Laptops.
