Online whiteboard

What is needed is an online whiteboard software that works on any main browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). An example of this is [login to view URL] . What will be needed is the ability to write in 4 colours and 4 highlighters, A straight line tool, an eraser tool and a clear all button. The difference is however rather than having a plain white background, the background of the whiteboard will be an image that will be chosen automatically from a directory on the same server and the user will be able to draw over this image using the writing and highlighting tools previously mentioned. The drawing should be able to be done using both touch gestures and using mouse clicks. An example of a prototype of this can be given as an example to the developer. Ideally the background image can be zoomed into and zoomed out of using pinch and zoom touch gestures, as well as a magnifying icon being clicked. When the image is zoomed into, the annotation should zoom with the picture in the correct position. One more function of being able to manipulate the background image will be needed. Essentially a feature is needed where empty space can be added to the background image to add extra space for writing. Lastly an extra bonus can be given if a copy and paste function can be implemented where whatever image is in view can be copied into the clipboard and pasted into a word document. This includes the background image as well as any annotations put on top. More examples/demo's/diagrams can be given of what is needed in more detail for the chosen developer.
