Online Booking System for House Cleaning & Carpet Business

We are a local small business house and carpet cleaning and we need a custom solution for our website. We have been evaluating booking systems and there are lots of goods ones out there but we have not been able to find the perfect tool yet, So we decided we will build our own tool. Even though we have put a budget in place we are flexible to increase the investment for the perfect right tool.
Basic Requirements:
1. Shopping Cart where customers can add multiple services.
2. Each service can have their own booking slots.
3. Google calendar sync.
4. iframe embedded.
5. Customer portal where they can manage their bookings.
6. SMS reminders (Twilio account).
7. Module reports.
8. Saas application (preferred but open to suggestions).
9. Stripe integration.
10. Booking page with pictures
I can provide access or videos to our current tool for a better understanding of the final product we expect.
