I am an RF/Microwave engineer with 18 years experience. I spent the last 18 years designing, testing and managing RF projects including electrically scanned radar, electronic warfare and communication systems. I have a BSEE and BSCpE from West Virginia University and a MSEE from Johns Hopkins University. The projects requirements are a little vague for a detailed bid. If provided more requirements I could put together a more detailed and likely cheaper bid. I do have access to a spectrum analyzer and other RF test equipment.
